چکیده

Malachite green is extensively used in the textile dye industry and agriculture as fish pests’ pesticide. Biosorption a type of sorption technique that uses biological sorbent. As now, biosorption viewed simple cost-effective process might be an alternative to traditional pollution treatment methods. Bioremediation one branches bioremediation minimise context incorrect waste disposal. The isotherm Green onto graphene oxide were analyzed using three models—pseudo-1st, pseudo-2nd Elovich, fitted non-linear regression. Elovich model was poorest fitting curve based on visual observation best order statistical analysis such root-mean-square error (RMSE), adjusted coefficient determination (adjR2), bias factor (BF), accuracy (AF), corrected AICc (Akaike Information Criterion), Bayesian Criterion (BIC) Hannan–Quinn information criterion (HQC). Nonlinear regression gave values equilibrium capacity qe 6.164 mg/g (95% confidence interval from 5.918 6.410) value pseudo-2nd-order rate constant, k2 0.034 0.024 0.045). Further needed provide proof for chemisorption mechanism usually tied this kinetic.

Thermodynamic and Kinetic Study of the Intrinsic Adsorption Capacity of Graphene Oxide for Malachite Green Removal from Aqueous Solution

Graphene oxide (GO) was produced from bare graphite (BGP) material and was used as an intrinsic adsorbent for the removal of malachite green (MG) from aqueous solution. In an optimization study, the effects of the initial concentration of MG, solution pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time and ionic strength were investigated in detail. The water-soluble dye was analyzed at a maximum wavelength of ...

Adsorption studies of hazardous malachite green onto treated ginger waste.

Adsorption of malachite green (MG) from aqueous solution onto treated ginger waste (TGW) was investigated by batch and column methods. The effect of various factors such as initial dye concentration, contact time, pH and temperature were studied. The maximum adsorption of MG was observed at pH 9. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms were employed to describe the MG adsorption equilibrium. The mono...
